Who We Are
Meet Aaron Mazer, CFP®, CTFA
Founder & President
I’m Aaron Mazer, founder and president of Pax Financial.
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia and hold a deep appreciation and love for the people and community here. Over the last 20 years, I have held both leadership and advisory positions in an effort to serve the financial needs and goals of clients. It is so important to me, as well as to my partners, that we serve clients by understanding their personal situations, goals and objectives as well as their full financial picture. That enables us to provide the very best advice and guidance for each individual and family.
In addition to my tenure in the financial industry, I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor certification. Additionally, I hold the Series 66 license as well as life, health, annuity, and property & casualty insurance licenses.
I currently reside in Newtown Square, close to where I was born, with my wife, Beth, and daughter, Charlie. We enjoy spending time on traditional crafts, like woodworking. I am also an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and hunter. I have deep respect for our police officers, first responders, medical providers, military and those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving. I will always look for an opportunity to serve this special group, as well as small-business owners, in an effort to express my deep appreciation and gratitude.
Thank you for considering Pax Financial Advisors as an important partner to you in achieving your financial goals. We look forward to an opportunity to work with you.

Susan is honored to serve as “Family CFO,” building strong relationships and looking ahead and around the corner for her clients and families. She brings her leadership skills to professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, retirees and their families, taking a disciplined approach to growing and managing wealth.
As a proud University of Delaware alum, Susan’s passion for all things finance began with her degrees in finance and economics and subsequent career in banking, where she helped large businesses secure financing and grow, which later evolved into guiding nonprofits through planning and fundraising. At the same time, she enjoyed her perpetual side hustle, teaching spinning and yoga, while lending her leadership skills to her parish, community and her children’s schools.
Susan’s previous board and committee positions include president of the mothers’ club boards at LaSalle College High School and Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School, pastoral council, fundraising chair, lector and religious education instructor for Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish, Wake Forest University Giving Society and University of Delaware Parents’ Council.

Susan resides in Ambler, Pennsylvania, with Tim, her husband of 36 years, and loves three adult children, Sean, Casey and Maggie, who happily added to her family Erin, Megan and Dominic and two grandsons, Luke and Brooks. All are avid sports enthusiasts who treasure time together on the golf course and at their beach home in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
